What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, I cannot take returns or allow cancellation as all sets are custom/made-to-order. I begin working on them once I receive the order. After the package is sent off, I no longer have control over the package. Please ensure address is correct to avoid any issues. This applies to all EU countries and the UK, in line with consumer law exceptions for personalized goods.

If you encounter any problems with your purchase, please reach out and I can help you find a solution.

If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact the shop at within 72 hours. Your message should include the following information:
-order number
-description of damage
-photographs to verify the issue (damaged nails and the underside of nails)

What is your processing time to create orders?

Orders are typically handed to the post office within 3–10 business days. All orders include tracking.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Delivery time depends on your country and method of shipping selected at checkout.

USA = typically 4-10 business day transit time unless express shipping option is selected at checkout

Canada = typically 3-8 business day transit time

Note: Post offices usually don’t process or deliver mail on weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates - post office delays are outside of my control.

Where are your products manufactured?

All products are made in Canada!
